Preliminary Test Results

We tested the efficacy and feasibility of our hypotheses in a prostate cancer animal model. Animals vaccinated with the peptides whose sequence is shown below inhibited growth of prostate cancer cells (tumor size) in an animal model by over 90 %. Antibodies specific to the peptides were detected and have been characterized.
